In 2015, we've focused on delivering research to help innovative companies create virtual reality with confidence. We’ve increased transparency about the industry through our knowledge graph and created industry-leading research reports, which are trusted by some of the world’s most innovative organizations, including Google, Intel, CCP Games, Rothenberg Ventures, Singularity University, and hundreds of companies worldwide.
But we're not stopping there. In 2016, we want to make Greenlight VR better and better, and we're excited about the new initiatives we have planned for the future. Here is a sneak peek at our roadmap for the next 4 months:
We will release our latest research from our first international Virtual Reality Consumer Survey, which will provide global insights on awareness, purchase intent, preferences for entertainment and non-entertainment applications, 360 video, and more.
We’ll also move into a new office space in downtown San Francisco. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood!
We will launch a new program called the Virtual Reality Industry MonitorTM, which is our systematic, interactive forecasting method using a panel of virtual reality executives around the globe. We’ll harness the collective opinions of experts to help you strategically plan and share insights with your colleagues.
Our focus will shift to our first full scale event - the Virtual Reality Intelligence & Analytics Web Summit - which is designed to illuminate the effectiveness of a wide range of intelligence and analytic techniques for uncovering key insights on user interaction in VR.
We are particularly excited to release our 2016 Virtual Reality Industry Report. Stay tuned for a very big announcement about it!
